- How do I buy things at TwoWheelSteals? All sales are conducted online. We take no phone orders. This allows us to keep a small staff, keep the cost of our transctions down and keep the cost of our items for sale down.
- How can I reach you? As we only take sales over our web site, your best bet to is email us with any quetions you may have. We'll respond in a timely manner. You can also log in to your account and submit a Case form that will plop into our queu of work that day. We respond quick! If you need to call us, check the About Us section for our phone number but we will not take phone orders.
- Where does TwoWheelSteals live? In the land of motorcycle accessory bargains. We're based in Redwood City, California.
- How the hell are your prices so low? Our prices are low, because we want this stuff GONE. Often , our prices are so low because we've negotiated special wholesale prices with our suppliers. Other times, are prices are low because a product has depreciated below its normal value and is let go at a loss.
- What countries does TwoWheelSteals ship to? We recently upped our ship-to list to almost the WHOLE WORLD.
- What is your return policy? All purchases at TwoWheelSteals are final. No returns of any kind are allowed except in the rare cases of manufacturer defect.
- What if I don't like something or it doesn't fit? Still can't return it. We try to be accurate in any descriptions we offer on our web site. Beyond that you're on your own.
- What kind of stuff do you sell? Is it new, used, junk? All items that you'll see on the TWS web site are new, premier brand items that you'll usually pay top dollar for. Our inventory is either close-out, over-stock or price reduced due to our bulk magical bulk buying powers.
- What kind of bikes do you sell stuff for? TwoWheelSteals sells items for all types of motorcycles and all types of riding styles.
